At the time of this post, this trip is the most fresh in my memory. My dear Hope, you are definitely not the most punctual of people but when I see that smile of yours, nothing else matters... absolutely nothing..
.
.
This was around 3 am in the morning ..... like i said, nothing else matters.

(Fair warning Hope, I am updating this post constantly... adding random bits and pieces here and there as i get a moment to sit down)
The above was a tangent right off the bat. It has been an interesting week leading up to this trip. It was a roller coaster for me and an intense week for both Hope and I. Classes was out after Weds and you had tons to do before we leave for our trip.
I know you have warned me that you have a horrible week ahead and I would not be able to see you.. (Aarrggggggghhh just aarrgh). Well that didnt stop me from getting tickets to Eagles in Chicago just in case. .... Its stupid. i know but hell, i rather be prepared. I didn't tell you cause i didn't want you to stress about it and get distracted.
(Hope destroys pizza... see example below.)

This week was rough for me. It felt like forever since i saw you. And when I finally did, I wasn't going to let go. When you finally agreed to let me drive you, I was so happy.... little did i know I would be driving THAT much!

You are such a trooper. You hung in there in the car, awake until the very end then then you fell asleep. 🙂

There is still so much to write..... but this is a note to myself to add a gallery here for the photos we took.
Eddie,
On this trip you showed me so many things:
The first one that pops up in my memory is that there was a moment while we there that I realized that my imagination can't compare to the REAL adventures you show me. My mind was blown by the hiding spots and the adventurous side of me was screaming for joy inside!!
I definitely did show you that I can destroy a piece of pizza in .2 seconds, but you reassured me that you don't judge (as you always do, I love that)!
Also, I remember being so impressed by how during the 3 hour drive to my sisters (that was only supposed to be an hour), you kept your cool the entire time (even tho I had to stop to pee so many times hahaha). I have never seen someone remain so calm in such a stressful time. (You and I both know I was yelling out the window at people, so the calm had escaped me LOL).
I will type more later, for now I can sum this up by saying THANK YOU SO MUCH for an amazing time!!
